You Are What You Create is a mobile creative arts business in Kitchener-Waterloo. Our programs help children explore their creativity and discover joy from within!

You Are What You Create was founded on the belief that we are so much more than how we look or what we eat - our self-worth cannot be defined simply by external measures! Who we are as a person is influenced by many aspects including the interests, experiences, and connections we create.

 Through exploring their creativity, kids can:​

• Find happiness, health, & worth outside appearance 

• Increase their confidence and self-esteem

• Discover connection and community

• Realize the incredible things their bodies allow them to do (such as play an instrument or engage in meaningful movement)

Through our creative programs, we hope children grow in the strengths that truly make them who they are! Our programs are recreational in nature and include: music lessons, art workshops, and movement workshops!

We acknowledge that part of developing healthy self-esteem also involves having a healthy relationship with food and body. We want to remind children that food has many purposes from nutrition to creativity, celebration, culture and community!
